Pallet Sorting Systems B.V. has been commissioned to build a Pallet Sorting Machine with Pallet Repair Line for Smart Retur A/S Denmark.

The Pallet Sorting Machine with Pallet Repair Line has 8 repair tables, that are placed between the operator and the five stackers.

The Pallet Sorting Machine is equipped with:

• Buffer between stacker unit and inspection site (to achieve 20% higher yield sorting)
• Rotate pallet table at the inspection position.
• Pallet turning unit.
• Overflow stacker / stacker for defective pallets. (Pallets are placed there, when flow for repair is to much is) with automatic in and out-feed roll-feeders
• Repair line with a top and bottom track. (Defective pallets are transported on the upper track in the direction of the workstations)
• Pallet conveyor in pallet stackers direction. (8-selection buttons for the repair tables)
• Pallet Press, to press the nails back in the 9 pallet bloks.
• 5 stackers with output conveyor for two stacks of pallets
• 8 workbenches developed by PSS.

The machine is designed for standard pallet such as 800 x 1200 Euro type pallets, LPR, IPP, Chep. and industrial pallets 1000 x 1200.

This pallet Sort Machine with Pallet Repair Line will be delivered to Smart Retur A/S in 2017.
