Pallet Sorting Systems B.V. has build and installed the New Adjustable Pallet Sorting Machine with 8 repair-tables for Kloek Pallets B.V.
- The machine is adjustable in width between 1000 and 1300 mm.
- This together with the three stop positions 800, 1000 and 1200 may in addition to the standard pallets, also sort the pallets 1000 x 1000, 1140 x 1140, and all the pallets CP pallets.
- This Adjustable Pallet Sorting Machine is equipped with four stackers with the option to interlock the pallets.
Repair Tables using the same stackers:
- Between the inspection position and the stackers we placed 6 Pallet Repair Tables.
- The people who work at the repair-tables can insert a pallet by pushing a button.
- Pallet Repair workers can fix and insert external pallets, that than be mixed with the sorted pallets in the stackers.
- The pallet Repair Workers can all work on different type of pallets at the same time and insert them.
- The machine keeps track of the number of pallets that are repaired for each repair table and overall counts the sorted and repaired in type and quality.
The Adjustable Pallet Sorting Machine is made for the company with many different pallets incoming, and not only the standard 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200 pallets, But also the CP1, CP2, CP3, CP4, CP5, CP6, CP7, CP8 and CP9 Pallets.
By adjusting the machine, the machine is used for all types of incoming pallets.
When the operator has finished sorting, and the repair of the pallets is required then use the machine, by repairing the pallets and sort them in one of the four stackers. You can Sort, Repair, or Sort and repair at the same time.
Unlock and Interlock
- The machines are also used to unlock pallets.
- And you can let the machine interlock the Euro pallets and the light industrial pallets.
