The line is built for the efficient repair of Europallets and supports a streamlined workflow for four pallet repair operators.

Description of the machine

The pallet repair line is equipped with a side infeed, where unrepaired pallets are placed by the forklift onto a non-powered roller conveyor.
From this buffer, the pallet repair operators take the pallets at an ergonomic working height.

After repair, the pallets are transferred via an automatic outfeed conveyor to a single stacker, where pallets are stacked to the desired height.
This creates an organised and continuous workflow.

The line is modular and can be expanded later with additional modules, such as extra repair stations or a connection to a pallet sorting line.
