Pallet Sorting Systems B.V. has made a’ Special Pallet Sorting Machine on request for Hamelers Bvba.

The machine has the possibility to transport the most sizes of pallets coming in to sort out.
With te two Standard stackers and two adjustable stackers and 8 pick positions for pallet workers the machine stacks the most pallets and brings a single pallet to workers that stack them manually.
The machine is therefor less efficient in time sorting but its able to functional sorting more than 8 types and sizes out at once.

The machine it self can do a average of 350 pallets a hour real, but the manual actions slow down the system.
