Third Pallet Sorting and Repair line for SmartRetur Sweden from Pallet Sorting Systems B.V.

• The Pallet Sorting and Repair Line is equipped with an upright destacker.
• This automatically feeds the pallets to a camera system that qualifies the Euro pallets and indicates the defects to a repairer.
• There is therefore no operator at the front !!
• The good pallets are immediately automatically sorted and classified into 4 stackers.
• The pallets to which an action must be performed (Repair) is delivered to a workbench. The repairs to be performed are indicated on a screen near the workbench.
• After the repair, all repaired pallets are brought to 1 of the 3 stackers via a Nail Press and an Angle Saw.
• The pallet repairer no longer determines the quality.
• The machine is equipped with the PSS App that displays the count per workplace live.
• The machine is equipped with a SCADA package that collects the data per day, which is made available for accounting by means of a CSV file.
• The output of the machine is 500 per hour.

This Pallet Sorting Line will be delivered in 2021.
