Pallet Sorting Systems B.V. Has order to make a Pallet Repair System for Rotom France.

• This Pallet Repair-line is dedicated for Euro pallets 800 x 1200 and  Industrial 1000 x 1200 pallets
• The repair has four stacker choices.
• The pallets are tuned automatically with deck up before they enter the stackers.
• The repair-line has a Top feed-line broken pallets and a lower transport-line repaired pallets to the stackers.

The Pallet repair workers can make 4 choices where to send the pallets to:

• There are four repair positions made in the line, placed after the sorter.
• Defected pallets are brought up to the repair-line and buffered there for the repair workers.
• The repaired and sorted pallets are automatically mixed in the stackers.
• Every repair worker can handle a different pallet type and feed from the side as well.
• Every work bench has 4 choices he can make for a stacker.
• The machine keeps track of all repaired and sorted pallets, and keeps track of the repaired for each work station.

The machine can be used for:

1. Sorting the incoming Pallets.
2. Sorting and repairing of the incoming pallets, the pallets that needs repairing are send to the upper repair-line,When this line is full the pallets are moved to a stacker and are buffered there. After repair the pallets are send to a stacker
3. Only repairing and stacking and sorting them direct after repairing.

Unlocking of locked pallets.

• The machine can be used to unlock the incoming pallets.
• There is a option to interlock in stacker 3 and 4.
