Pallet Sorting Systems B.V. has received in June 2016 the order for the Pallet Sorting Machine for STEA Denmark.

• This standard pallet sorting machine is equipped with 8 pallet stackers.
• Pallet Sorting Machine is suitable for 800 x 1200 pallet as the Euro pallets, Pallets IPP, LPR pallets, Chep pallets and one-off Euro pallets, and 1000 x 1200 pallets.
• The machine will be equipped with a SCADA system that serves as HMI (Human Machine Interface) and provides the data to the office in excel. The machine is also equipped with an IPC (Industrial Panel Computer)

 The advantages of the machine for the customer:

1. The piles of unsorted pallets are now posted directly from the truck to the machine. (This saves a lot of Forklift movements)
2. The operator has a good possibility of visual inspection of both sides of the pallet.
3. The operator has to manipulate the pallet not physical.
4. The dirt from the pallet such as sand, mud, glass, and other dry debris is falling off the pallet at the inspection position and pallet rotation before stacking.
5. The machine stacks immediately to the desired height, (This saves a lot of Forklift movements)
