Kloek Pallets BV has a standard Pallet Sorting Machine with several options added to the system.

The Pallet Sorter is used for:

1. marking pallets,
2. painting pallets,
3. un-locking pallets,
4. sorting pallets.
5. For Two-Way pallets there are two stackers extra placed to handle them and paint the sides.
6. For the new incoming pallets the machine is equipped with a burn-mark system and high pressure blower to clean the pallets from wood dust.
7. The machine as the standard 4 stackers to sort, and a out-feed on stacker 4.
8. Added are two stackers

The Pallet Sorting Machine can handle:

• 800 x 1200 pallets like the Euro, IPP LPR, CP6 pallets.
• 1000 x 1200 industrial pallets like Chep LPR IPP
• 1000 x 1200 Two-way pallets.
