Pallet Sorting Systems B.V. has made and installed the New Adjustable Pallet Sorting and Repair-line with 2 repair-tables for  Lohuizen GmbH

• The machine is adjustable in the width between 1000 and 1300 mm.
• This along with the three stop positions 800, 1000 and 1200 may in addition to the standard pallets, also sort the pallets 1000 x 1000, 1140 x 1140, and all the pallets CP pallets.
• The machine has 4 pallet stackers.
• Two of the stackers can interlock pallets.
• You also can un-lock pallets on the machine.
• The machine can sort 400 pallets a hour.

This New Adjustable Pallet Sorting Machine is equipped with two pallet stackers that can interlock the pallets.

Repair Tables using the same stackers:

• Between the inspection position and the stackers we placed 2 Pallet Repair Tables.
• The people who work at the repair-tables can insert a pallet by pushing a button.
• Pallet Repair workers can fix and insert external pallets, that will than be mixed with the sorted pallets in the stackers.
• Of Course is it possible to do only Pallet Repair work on the machine, with the use of the transport to the selected stackers.

 The Pallet Sorting Machine Pallet is made for a company that has many different palettes, and not only the standard 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200 pallets but also the CP1, CP2, CP3, CP4, CP5, CP6, CP7, CP8, CP9 and One way pallets can be sorted.

By adjusting the machine, the machine can be used for all types of pallets, specific the UK market can be handled well with this machine

If one has finished sorting, and repair of pallets is required then one uses the machine to stack the repaired pallets and sorting.
