Pallet Sorting Systems B.V. Has order to build a New Pallet Sorting and Repairline Machine for Rotom Maasbracht NL

Pallet Sorting:

• The pallet sorting and repair line is suitable for the 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200 size pallets.
• This Pallet Sorting machine is equipped with tree stackers, the option to apply nests is in stacker 2 and 3.
• The pallets are automatically turned (or not) after inspection to properly load into the stackers.
• The operator makes a choice for each pallet after removing Paper, Plastic or lose material, for stacker 1,2 or 3 or repair.
• The stackers are equipped with outfeed transport systems to store stacks outside the stackers.
• This gives less operational stops because the machine now has more buffer and less demand to unload the machine from the sorted stacks.

The repair-line with 6 work stations.

• The pallets are brought up with deck down, this means one handling less.
• The people who work on the repair tables can grab a pallet from the top-line and start repairing it.
• After repair they can add a pallet by pressing a button and then slide the pallet in to the lower line.
• The machine stacks the pallet in the right stacker.
• Each workplace has 3 choices that can be made to send pallets to a stacker of there choice.
• The machine keeps track of how many have been repaired and what has been repaired by workplace.
• The Pallet Sort and Repair Line processes the sorted and repaired pallets simultaneously and sorts the repaired pallets into 3 types.
• Sorting incoming pallets.
• Its possible to place pallets beside the table, they can be repaired and placed in the machine that will count them and stack them.
• Simultaneous Sorting and Repairing of Pallets.

Added NEW functionality to the machine.

• Corner Cutter ( cutting the pallet corners after repair)
• Automatic Epal nailgun system. ( Adding the Epal nail after repair)
