High-Speed Multi Pallet Sorting and Repair line for MOPAL

Mopal has purchased a High-Speed Multi Pallet Sorting and Repair line for 40 types and types of pallets.

• The High-Speed ​​L 40 Multi Pallet Sorting and Repair Line can directly process and sort multiple types of pallets with different dimensions.
• Speed ​​and efficiency are achieved through a new approach to sorting and selection with Pallet Type Selector.
• The operator takes care of the separation of pallets and removes plastic, paper and lose parts from the pallet, then makes a simple quality selection.
• The camera system then makes the selection for the pallet type. Ease of use is central to this.
• Defective pallets are sent directly by the operator to the repair stations via the top track.
• The Pallet Type Selector makes 500+ Pallet Type choices for the Sorter and for the repaired pallets.
• The PSS L40 Multi Pallet Sorting Line has a capacity per Robot of 200+ per hour, the machine has 4 robots.
