LEBECK BvbA has bought a Adjustable Pallet Sorting System to sort various sizes, from PSS.

LEBECK BvbA, will use the  Pallet sorting Machine for sorting the most common pallets in the market, with various sizes.

1. The machine can handle besides the Euro type light, middle and heavy. and industrial pallets 1000 x 1200 and the CP1 CP2 and CP6 most other sizes of pallets.
2. Sorting the industrial pallets like there are the 1000 x 1200 dividing them in first choice, second choice white and dark or needing repair.
3. This Pallet Sorting Machines has 6 stackers with output roller conveyor to sort more efficient.
4. The machine can interlock the Euro type pallet in one stacker.
5. The machine is equipped with an rotating table in the inspection place.
6. And you can do unlocking from pallets when they arrive interlocked.
7. The machine has two repair stations placed in line before the pallet rotation unit and stackers.

The Pallet sorting Machine can handle 400 pallets a hour. The modulair system makes it easy to expand later wit ha repair-line, corner cutter, press, and other machine parts.

This machine will be on site in 2019.
