Lapack Belgium BvBa has bought a Pallet Sorting Line with Paint Booth from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS)

Lapack BvBa Belgium has bought a Pallet Sorting Line with Paint Booth from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS) which mainly will be used to sort and paint CHEP pallets.

This PSS machine has a new type of spray booth in line with the machine. The spray booth is completely closed and does not need air filtration and air suction.

Lapack is using the line for CHEP pallets. In addition to the stacks that the machine makes, it is possible to place stacks in front of the spray booth with a forklift truck.

The PSS Standard machine can sort and stack all pallets of approximately 1200 long, such as the 1200 x 800 type pallets Euro light medium and heavy, and the 1000 x 1200 light medium and heavy, and the 1200 x 1200 light medium and heavy.

The PSS standard machine can sort up to 500 pallets per hour through the buffer between tipper and inspection and 550 pallets are also collected when new pallets are unlocked.

The Pallet Sorting Line will be delivered in 2021.
