PALLET SORTING SYSTEMS B.V. INSTALL A “KUKA PALLET SORTING ROBOT” FOR HARRIE VAN DE ANKER.

The “KUKA Pallet Sorting Robot” has an automatic pallet feed-line that brings unsorted pallets one by one to the inspection place, ware a operator / repairworker check the pallets and does small repair on the pallets.┬áThis means shooting a nail or hammering a nail back in the pallets.

The pallets that are sorted by the operator are already first choice. The pallets just need a check visually this is done to have an A or B choice on color light / dark or Epal / Euro stamps.

So after the check done by the operator the pallets are transported to the lazer measurement position, and being measured with sensors to make sure that the pallets are usable for an Automatic Warehousing.

Than the system makes a selection on sizing (good / wrong) The Robot than is stacking the pallets on 6 positions. the first and second choice pallet is sorted in light and dark pallets. The Pallet Sorting Machine is fully used for Euro Pallets.

The Pallet Sorting Robot can also work manualy and then sort out in 6 types or qualitys.

The Robot can handle a pallet every 15 seconds, with a good and stable feed-line to the robot 380 pallets a hour can be done.
