Europe Pallets B.V. from Zevenbergen has bought a Pallet Repair line with 6 workstations and 3 stackers from Pallet Sorting Systems B.V.

Europe Pallets B.V. has bought a Pallet Repair Line with 6 workstations and 3 stackers are adjustable in width to repair all common pallets, such as euro (800×1200), industry (1000×1200) and CP Pallets. The machine can be set to 1000, 1100, 1140, 1200 and 1300mm width for this. The 3 stackers are equipped with discharge conveyors to stack and buffer all repaired pallets.

• The machine is equipped with the PSS App, which displays the count per workplace live.
• The machine also is equipped with a SCADA system that collects the data per day and makes it available for accounting by means of a CSV file.
• The workbenches have a side supply with a lifting table at the workbench.

This Pallet Repair Line will be delivered at the beginning of 2021.
