Den Doelder Pallets BV from Axel has long been a household name in new construction of pallets, has taken the step to RECON of pallets. This means that sorting and repairing of LPR pallets will be started in Mechelen. The machine is laid out in such a way that den Doelder can also sort and repair standard white pallets in many types, such as the 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200 type pallets.

A pallet spray line has been placed behind the machine in line so that the repair can be sprayed directly, but this can also continue to be used separately from the machine.

The Pallet Sorting & Repair line is equipt with;

• De-stacker with Buffer unit for inspection.
• 2 x 4 stackers
• 6 workstations for RECON
• Side entry for the work tables with a lifting table from Recon Pallets.
• Waste belt.
• Pallet renail Press
• Pallet Corner Saw
• Paint Booth for pallet stacks 18 high.

In addition to the LPR, other batches of pallets are also processed.
